We grow over 20 varieties of apples. Some are old familiars, others are less well known, but all are delicious! We separate our varieties by those unique to Fairhaven Farm (Fairhaven Varieties), and those you can find at other orchards (Common Varieties).
Since 1992 David has experimented with breeding his own varieties of apples. Over the years we’ve become known for offering apples that are unique to our orchard. While commercial varieties focus on production, storage, and looks, we specialize in developing apples that are rich in flavor and texture. Folks travel far and wide to buy our very own varieties such as KinderKrisp and Intensity.
